Norway vs Canada/US...is it really so unbelievable? ....

Michael Moore is a long time social critic from the US. In a movie he did in the late 200's...Sicko he left out some parts he shot of Norway. Why would liberals here in the west find Norway to be 'unbelievable'? What does the comparison say about individualism and collectivism? What is your position on Norway? Explain.
